To start your application:

1. Create a Login ID - do not enter anything in this field
2. Create a PIN - Enter in a PIN that is between 6 and 15 numbers
3. Verify PIN - Re-enter PIN from previous field to verify.

Your PIN can be up to 15 numeric characters. Minimum 6 numeric characters are required. Enter your PIN again to verify it and then select Login. Your Login ID and PIN will be saved.
